Coaching Policies & Expectations

Welcome to 1:1 Online Coaching. My goal is to give you the structure, support and accountability to reach sustainable, long-term results. Please review the following so we are both clear on how coaching works.

Payment

  • Your subscription begins the day you join, and payment is taken at sign-up.
  • Coaching renews automatically each month on the anniversary of your start date, charged to your card on file.
  • Programming, check-ins and support continue for as long as your subscription is active.
  • If a renewal payment fails, your coaching is paused immediately until payment is completed — the same as any subscription service.
  • You can cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of your current paid month and won't be charged again. No long-term commitment.

Consultation calls

  • Every new client starts with an initial consultation call, booked using the scheduling link provided.
  • Please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. Missed calls without notice may be forfeited.

Weekly check-ins

  • Weekly check-ins are how I make informed adjustments to your plan — please submit them on your check-in day.
  • Answer honestly and thoroughly so I can support you properly. Late check-ins may mean delayed feedback.

WhatsApp support

  • Ongoing support is available on WhatsApp throughout your journey — ask questions and reach out when you need to.
  • Messages are answered during business hours as soon as reasonably possible. It is not for emergencies.

Training

  • Complete the prescribed workouts to the best of your ability and log them consistently in the app.
  • Tell me about any injuries, pain, illness or schedule changes. Technique videos may be requested for safety.

Nutrition

  • Follow the nutrition guidance as consistently as you can — perfection is not expected, consistency over time is what creates results.
  • Share any challenges, lifestyle changes or travel so adjustments can be made.

Travel & busy periods

  • Life happens and flexibility is built in. If you have travel, holidays or a busy stretch, tell me in advance and we'll adjust your training and nutrition to keep you on track.

Your responsibility

I provide personalised programming, nutrition guidance, ongoing support and accountability, adjustments when needed, and coaching throughout. You are responsible for completing your workouts, following the nutrition guidance, communicating openly, submitting check-ins, and taking ownership of your habits.

Results

Results depend on consistency, adherence, sleep, stress, recovery and lifestyle. I provide the tools, support and guidance — results follow consistent effort and commitment and cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds & cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your portal — cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments for coaching periods already delivered are non-refundable. If you've purchased and not yet received your program or first call, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

Pausing your subscription

Need a short break? You can request a pause of up to 14 days, once every 6 months, from your billing page. While paused, billing is frozen and your coaching is on hold — it resumes automatically on the agreed date. Pause requests are reviewed and approved by our team.
